All fine, but noisy environment

I loved the beautiful and clean lobby, which felt very welcoming. The hotel's layout and easy access to nearby restaurants made it convenient for us, ensuring a stress-free experience, especially for my elderly companion.

Elevators could be easier to navigate for seniors.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The upgraded room was beautifully appointed and quiet, which made for great sleep, and I appreciated the lovely bathroom essentials. The experience was slightly marred when I got locked out a couple of times but the front desk staff were super accommodating!

i've stayed in reno before, but this break was much better than expected. the room was clean, comfortable, and offered fantastic mountain views from the 30th floor. love how everything needed, from dining to entertainment, is all under one roof.

The room was spacious with a comfy king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a fantastic shower. There was also a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator. The spa facilities were awesome, featuring a steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Check-in was a breeze with the kiosks. Dining options were plentiful and tasty.

we had a great stay at the silver legacy reno resort casino. check-in was seamless, and the cleaning staff was super courteous. our deluxe room was spacious and clean with a perfect mountain view. We really enjoyed the rum bullions island bar. the drinks were great, and the bartender’s recommendations for dinner were spot on!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The room was spacious and clean and the convenience of multiple dining options within the hotel was a highlight. The self-check-in process was quick and hassle-free. However, the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy which affected my sleep.

We were blown away by the stunning view from our room and loved the cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep! The pool area was perfect for unwinding and the live band at the lounge really set a fun atmosphere for our evenings. One thing worth noting, the coffee in the room was great, but I wish they had provided a few more pods for our stay. ☕

Absolutely loved the big soaking tub and the cleanliness of our room. The gym was fantastic, and the fast valet service was a lifesaver! Definitely coming back!
